Biography

Born in Hartford, Connecticut in 1965, Mr. Youmans received his B.A. from Tufts University in 1987 and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1991. He was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1991, the United States Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit in 1992, and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut in 1995. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. Mr. Youmans represents financial institutions, small businesses, and real estate developers in asset-based and real estate lending transactions both locally and nationally, including the development and implementation of Community Association lending programs that operate nationally. He also counsels small and middle-market business clients in structuring, management and employment matters, including representation before state administrative agencies. Mr. Youmans is the Firm’s Managing Partner.
