Biography
Born in New York, New York, Ms. Lyngholm received her Bachelor of Arts degree in New Media from State University of New York at Purchase College in 2012 and her Juris Doctor degree from University of Connecticut, School of Law. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Lyngholm served as a clerk for the judges of the New Haven Superior Court in both the criminal and family divisions.
Ms. Lyngholm concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate finance, secured business finance, business formation, structure and representation. Ms. Lyngholm represents both financial institutions and businesses.
Ms. Lyngholm is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, and the District of Connecticut.
