Houston Putnam Lowry has been admitted to the Connecticut bar since 1980. He works primarily in complex commercial litigation (including contested judgment enforcement), international law, arbitration (including arbitration award enforcement), and areas of electronic commerce (including Uniform Domain Name Dispute UDRP matters).

He has worked on projects at the American Law Institute since 1989, including the Restatement of U.S. Law of International Commercial Arbitration, Restatement 4th of Foreign Relations Law of the United States, Principles for a Data Economy and the Transnational Rules of Civil Procedure. He was on the drafting committee for the Connecticut Rules of Evidence.
